'Gradual Lake' is a mixed media work incorporating, acrylic paints, inks, mediums and a satin varnish.

This work is an impression of a lake in New Zealand, showing how the depth of colour creates a feeling. For me that feeling comes from many hours traveling around the south island of New Zealand on family holidays, sitting in the back seat mesmerized by the beauty, interspersed with complaints of "Are we nearly there yet" and "can I have an ice cream".

Has strung back for easy hanging.
