The pink flannel flower only appears after a bush fire. This flower was found near Lithgow after the State Mine fire of 2013 (image made in 2015). It is a very small flower and took me a while to find after receiving reports it was in flower in the area. An off camera flash and macros lens were used to create this colour image.
