I love the zig zag foliage of the Banksia baxteri, also known as 'Baxter's Banksia' or 'Bird's Nest Banksia'. This beauty is a Western Australian native and is currently flowering until early Autumn. She looks very much like a little nest lovingly crafted by fuzzy bits from the local bush land.
