After the fires we were driving through devasted areas of the Australian south coast. We were understandably emotional. A scene especially stuck with me, the new growth looked so courageous! There was no photo reference needed!
Hence 'Áfter the Fires' came to life on my easel.
The painting looks amazing understandingly in a room with plants.
