Inpired by my obsession with the Australian native flora and the the beautiful colours and shapes the many gumtrees in my local area provide! I often walk in our local area and creekland where there is an abundance of native gum trees - this is part of my stash! I collected and scattered them for this composition, wanting there to be space - they didn't always behave during my attempts! Some are placed strategically. I'm drawn to the colours and changing patterns of a 'Kaleidoscope' They are painted on a Buff/Neutral background
