Portrait of Indrah, a Sumatran tiger from Melbourne Zoo. Reference photo purchased from David Whelan. This artwork was created to capture the beauty of a tiger, and have it emerging from the shadows. I wanted to display how powerful Indrah feels when you look at her, and to be drawn in by the eyes.
This artwork is pastel chalk and pencils on Pastelmat Board. I have used high quality materials. It has been framed to suit the artwork.
