The amazing Echidna, a regular visitor to our property, this time following a trail of Ants. I drew this little creature from life whilst I studied the process of his attack on the ants. An ideal place - the rotting tree gave him plenty of camouflage. Sketched firstly then I scratched him on site, it was great doing this, as I felt I was part of its little journey.
