The Shining Bronze-Cuckoo is a small bird with an iridescent greenish bronze backs, white underparts, green gold barring and a white face with fine, dark mottling. They are found in eastern Australia from Cape York Peninsula, eastern Queensland and New South Wales to the southern Eyre Peninsula.
