One lovely Saturday at the local markets I found a gorgeous bunch of Garlic flowers. My days ahead were spent watching and photographing the different stages of their blooming. We often focus on the vegetable as an edible ingredient and not always in the beauty of its flower and stages to becoming - the garlic. There are 4 photos in this collection.
