Grief touches our soul, hope for the future, golden sky, the valley is deep.Two horses stand together in a field of morning light. It is time for peace and contemplation. After the darkness of night, gently comes the morning light. The contrasting colours of Gold and Navy add drama to this scene of an out-of-control bushfire. The fighting forms of the golden sky and blackened foreground are broken by the rampant line of fire. I am reminded that after the fire comes the cleansing rain. This scene evokes hope for the future as the golden smoke rises upwards towards the heavens. It is a universal image.
