A cast study painted over several sessions from life at the studio of Victorian Artist's Society, Melbourne. I focused on expressing the solid, cold texture of the plaster.

She drew on everything from books to walls as a kid and kept it up to adulthood, eventually completing further education in the arts against careers advice at highschool. She listens to true crime podcasts while she paints, dislikes going to her own exhibition openings and takes terrible care of her paintbrushes.
