Inspiration from my walks in the hinterland are the main influence for this botanical Art piece.
Leaves in all sorts of shapes and sizes are swirling around amongst creepers and vines giving this piece so much life and movement. The bright highlights of sunshine add a pleasing contrast and it overall makes for a happy composition.
It actually gives the impression that they are all reflections on the surface of a lake or pond.
The many layers in this piece gives it depth and interest and the colour palette makes it a versatile piece for a modern living room or bedroom.
