Ink & metallic acrylic on canvas
Labyrinth petroglyphs can be found throughout the world, but they were most prolifically etched throughout Europe. The labyrinths often symbolise the spiritual pilgrimage; the life journey as a preparation for something greater. Their spiraling patterns can also represent the spiral unfoldment of creation, the underlying fundamental spiral ratios/geometries found throughout nature.
Within this piece the labyrinth glyphs float on a background of vibrating colours. Allow the colours and shapes to come alive and explore what whispers are spiraling through the ages to the eternal now moment.
Please note that the piece changes in different light due to the metallic paint.
