This small work was painted alongside ‘Sunburnt sand dunes’. I often paint a study before a larger work or a small canvas as I’m going. ‘Sandy and warm’ is a sweet little piece that shows so much character through folded colours and the subtle pink geometric pattern. Created from acrylic, oil pastel and posca pen.
