At dusk the mystery starts to unfold in the rainforest. That's the time when the fruit bats go on their long flights foraging for fruits and berries in the treetops, and possums start leave their homes. You might spot a nocturnal bird like the Frogmouth, while others will give their last calls for the day. I painted this pictures with memories of a holiday where I went into the Daintree Rainforest at night. You can also spot a Lyrebird, the Golden Bowerbird and a Cuscus which are native to this area.
