Artwork Description

Mixed Media on metal

Signed on the back.

This series of work explores the material and philosophical conditions of painting. Recombining the mediums and materials of a painting into a three dimensional sculpture, asks the question; what does it mean to make a painting - Is this an abstract human convention? How can a painting be a sculpture?

This work will be available for purchase online and will also be on display at the Bluethumb Gallery in Richmond, Melbourne as part of the gallery's 'The Next Wave' exhibition from March 6th - April 29th. Interested collectors may enquire prior to this date.
