This painting is titled Restore, as it feels so restorative to just sit at the beach and watch waves. This particular wave feels cleansing to the soul. I'm currently working on some seascapes, and this one was more on the realistic side, a study of the colours, tones and forms of waves.
Painted in oils and varnished with satin varnish.
I use professional grade oils and have recently transitioned over to Gamblin non toxic mediums.
