My newly completed work 'Paradise Reef/1' is inspired by The Great Barrier Reef.Although I usually paint subject matter of the Blue Mountains I am branching out exploring other environments and subjects.It has been great being able to spend time refining my style after a busy year.Using contrasting hues and a painted ground of Blues overlaid with white dotting this vibrant artwork is a statement piece that will brighten any room of your home.this piece has taken approx 50hrs and is painted in acrylic gouache which is a matt finish paint.Painted on an unstretched canvas with a border left for framing .This is the first artwork of a new series .
