I love it that I live in a massive city and yet I’m still surrounded by national parks and water. This painting celebrates the beauty of nature in an urban setting with the hope that we can continue to keep these areas of natural beauty to balance the busy concrete streets and high rises that they rub shoulders with. The painting is based on the view from Killarney Heights towards Chatswood at sunrise.

This painting is on stretched canvas and can hang as is, but it would look really lovely also with the addition of a white or timber floating frame.
