Dogs are any person's best friends. And I find that this is very true, for I love all dogs myself; each of them different and unique yet so fun and exciting to be around and take care of. Great Danes are no exception to the rule; these big and happy dogs always manage to bring a smile to anyone's face. By creating a large medium for the painting, I tried to present their great size and majesty as vividly as possible, while still keeping an abstract undertone. The free virgules, placed together with the finely chosen strokes creating the face and the shining pretty eyes, create a harmonious and beautiful composition that would fit perfectly into any interior. Grey walls or bright, cool white - it will manage to bring joy to any loving home, getting rid of the old and boring.
