Signed on the front.

It almost seemed this ewe was having a conversation with me as I snapped her photograph. The lambs were so perfectly aligned and a strong desire to paint the scene hit me. It was quite a while ago but the idea stayed in my mind. I moved them to a golden paddock with the green grasses starting to appear to give a little more background to the scene . Country Australia as I love it.
Painted on 300gm watercolour paper with artist's quality paints. A 1.5cm white edge surrounds the painted area which measures 53cm wide X 35cm high.
