Rahu is one of the nine major astronomical bodies “Navagraha” in Hindu zodiac system.
In Hindu mythology rahu and ketu are the head and tail portion respectively of the same entity attached to different bodies. Demon’s head part is rahu and tail part is ketu.
Astrologically it is believed that if rahu is well placed in horoscope then it signifies prosperity, wealth and good position.
