Ginger Jar O’ Life is a play on the ‘Tub O’ Life’ series but in the oriental ginger jar patterned pot. This piece brings together some of more abstract diaphanous works, and garden/bonsai pieces. I’ve been trying to find the sweet spot of this combination for some time. It's mega-layered, with pours and paint skins. It's an organic-psychedelic, abstract- still life.
