From my first solo exhibition "Colours Of Country": The inspiration for these artworks were how Country isn't only a physical place and environment; but how it is a powerful place of strong symbolic and spiritual connection. I believe that each room you walked into immersed you when entering that section of the exhibition, creating a connection to each piece with each individual. These artworks represent water; the colours are based on the colours found through the different forms that water comes in.
