Artwork Description

Mixed Media on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.

Signed on the front.

This artwork comes with an external frame

This piece continues my grid series that started with ‘Chapters of Life’, inspired by the many moments of life, and heavily influenced by childhood memories of sitting on the grass on the school oval in the summer sun.

Each step builds the story and each square represents a new chapter of life. Rather than cover up or hide the flaws, I have highlighted them intentionally with gold detailing to show that when you step back and see the full journey of your life you will see that these are not flaws at all, but a cohesive, complex and unique picture to be celebrated.

This piece comes framed in sustainable Blackwood timber floating frame.
