Coastal Greens is inspired by the view of Western Port Bay from Bass in Victoria. In the cooler months, the Bass hills and pastures are a lush green. I hope this painting captures the beautiful serenity of this view. I have simplified and abstracted the scene utilising a minimalist, hard edge technique.
