Black ink on white textured paper is my first love as a medium. The dramatic contrasts achieved by the blackest ink and textured paper is always a treat for me as an artist.

This is the 5th piece in this ongoing series that I will enjoy revisiting over time . I am always inspired by the textures and patterns found in our amazing Australian environment.

Currently a series of five ink drawings aimed at capturing the layered patterns nature creates ... the repetition in nature is so very pleasing to the eye...the aim here was to use the drama of the black and white ink to showcase the pattern found in our Australian bush.
