Falling Leaves is a large acrylic abstract painting. Painted using pastel colours of pink, green, and blue with highlights of magenta and gold. I enjoyed using thick buttery impasto paints to create small jewel like mosaic dots. Because of the use of some pearlescent paint Falling Leaves has a beautiful reflective quality. Sides painted in the same pink as the main body of work. Falling Leaves has been on exhibit in the Arts Lounge, Wyreena.
