I created “The Promise” with the intention of painting a joyful piece of art illustrating the promise of things to come. Bold colours are concealed behind a veil of white then revealed giving a glimpse of their vibrancy. Botanical elements in the form of leaves and berry shapes give the promise of future growth. This painting carries with it the notion that the best is yet to come. It is created with layers of acrylic paint on stretched canvas. The sides are painted white. It comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artists. It is currently on display at 345 AC Mont Albert.
