This was drawn from life onto paper with ink,
Then I loved the concept of it so much I translated into mixed Mediums over board.
I have done a Matt frame on the board with hand finished Venetian Plaster the applied my mixed media over all of this creating a one off contemporary piece.
The subject is looking out from my dining room / studio space onto our front patio with pizza oven and garden. I call it the secret garden because it sits neatly behind our fence and is just a beautiful wall of leafy green with pops of flowers here and there.
