This work is from last months trip up to Rainbow Beach, it is a depiction of a family enjoying the ocean on a gentle overcast day.
Mum on the right was taking pictures of her family catching small fun waves down the point then walking back up for another set.
I love all the changes in blended colours in this with some really unique tones blended in wet on wet I have also added mediums into this one to build up the heaviness and thickness of my oils.
