Inspired by the vivid tropical sunsets and a nod to travels in Bali, 'Echo Beach' sought to capture a more abstract impression of the continuous rolling waves at sunset. I have always been fascinated by the movement of water and how seemingly, on the right evening, the sky can appear to melt into the ocean. Silver foil and dot detailing was added to create the shimmering effect of the light hitting the water.
