Greek Odyssey

After travelling to Greece and its islands I was inspired by its history, architecture and culture. The white washed landscape with touches of blue and the ancient ruinous columns formed the composition.

The painting is displayed in a limewashed double-mount timber frame, (9cm wide frame). Has gallery hangers at the top and a single wire hanger across the centre.

I am a Sydney watercolour and mixed media artist who has been working in the Visual Arts and Art Education arena for over 40 years. I live, paint and teach art in Sydney, Australia. I have been involved in numerous group and solo exhibitions, and my paintings have won many awards and prizes.I am particularly interested in experimental watercolour and mixed media techniques. These paintings will be delivered to you in a protective tube, ready for you to have mounted and framed.Acrylic paintings on canvas and board will be packaged and couriered to you as a flat-pack. Acrylic paintings on canvas either have the image painted on the side of the canvas or have a simple white timber frame around the edge - refer to the description for each painting. These paintings are ready to hang.
