Tuffy is a Roller Derby Queen and one heavy-duty machine! This bleach-blonde bomber is lean and mean and knows how to scuffle and fight. Magnetic, luminous, unbreakable, she skates the arena under rainbow neon light. Disco ball crown and high-heeled wheels glow. Nothing can stop her: make those wheels roll!

Inspired by the song 'Roller Derby Queen' byJim Croce, 1980s post disco and time spent at Skaterz Roller Skate and Blade Rink, Eltham, Victoria.

Exhibited in MOMENTUM, an art exhibition presented by TAM, Long Gallery, Montsalvat, Eltham, Victoria, 18 June - 4 July 2021.
