I wanted to paint a traditional and peaceful scene, and the Adelaide Hills in spring time is especially stunning. A drive through the hills is a wonderful thing to do... enjoying the scenery and the fresh country air, making time to escape the hectic lives that we lead, and taking time to reflect. I hope that the viewer can enjoy the calmness and serenity of the scene.
The work is on paper and would be shipped in a roll. It would need to be framed behind glass.
