There is just something about the ocean and beaches isn't there?. They tend to calm us and excite us at the same time! And we love to convey that feeling through this original painting:
This piece is an endless discovery of patterns and interest with layers of colour creating a depth through Pete's signature Mosaic Method! "Emerald Ebb & Flow" is a contrast of tonal metallic hues of green, teal and aquamarine ,and frothy white and soft beige, champagnes, creams and sand colours creating an impressionistic aeriel view of a sandy beach.. .. we love that our beach paintings evoke different memories for each person.
There are textures in the paint and canvas that create further interest while the metallic hues of green and inlays of lines of gold, rose gold and white gold glisten like light dancing on the water as it flows over the sandy beach.
The energy of the artwork in person* is far more impactful than what you see on the screen. It's vibrancy and motion will easily lift a room (and your spirits!)!!!
