Unframed archival inkjet print, edition 2/20

think of my photographs as memory fragments - distorted interpretations of reality. The Australian landscape inspires me, in particular, the Outback, which reminds me of summer holidays, spent visiting my grandparents in the American Southwest. As a recent citizen of Australia, I am forging new connections to place and space. I long to be a part of the Australian landscape, yet hold onto the memories that have shaped my sense of self.
