Oil on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.
Signed on the front.
the willow tree stands back from the foorpath that follows the Derwent River beneath the town of New Norfolk. In winter it is espcially vibrant and I've emphasised the colours contrasting sharply with the dark conifers behind and the in the background is the bridge that connects Boyer and Lawitta with the main town of New Norfolk. I painted this from the grounds of Hall Green a Tasmanian historic house with a beautiful garden.
