Growing up, impatience defined me. But motherhood was my turning point. Through my child, I learned the value of patience, discipline, and dedication. Together, we embarked on a journey of learning, where I discovered the beauty of allowing things to unfold in their own time.

Initially, when I created these lined pieces, fear held me back. I made the hidden figures too obvious, defeating the purpose of their concealed beauty. Yet, as time passed, I found myself blindly painting each stroke, only to discover the figures reappearing before me.

The Ballerina series embodies this concept. Each dancer remains concealed within abstract compositions, symbolizing that beauty doesn't always demand attention. Instead, it reveals itself gradually to the attentive observer, much like the demure girl at a bustling party. Can you spot her?

Artwork has extra fabric provided for framers to stretch over frames.
Can be cut down or wrapped around a canvas board, stretched on frame or framed behind glass. The choices are endless.
This fabric had been gesso and varnished with protective UV gloss medium.
