Anyone for tennis? 🎾
This series explores Rafael Nadal's 22 Grand Slam wins, with each painting featuring the final ball placement of the winning shot (or opponent's losing shot...) that secured each of his titles.
"Championship Point 13.09.2010" shows the placement of Novak Djokovic's wide final shot at the US Open in 2010, giving Rafa the ninth Grand Slam of his career.
While based loosely on each Grand Slam surface, colour has been manipulated to inject vibrance and energy into each piece, ensuring universal appeal for tennis fans, and lovers of modern art alike.
Artwork is finished with a satin varnish, initialled in the corner and signed, dated and titled on the back. The piece has been framed beautifully in Tasmanian Oak and is ready to hang.
