When in Kovalam ,Kerala, India the daily fishing boat would go out every morning and throw out the fishing nets with 40 fishermen pulling the net to shore, The catch was pitiful . The fish has gone and the Fishermen cant feed their families. My suspicion is the presents of the 3 kilometre nets of the foreign trawlers stealing all the livelihood in their waters.
