This is my second attempt at catching the nuances of Squid Ink Shiraz.

Squid Ink Shiraz is more a study than a polished piece, although the canvas is still quite large. The Squid Ink Shiraz label has varying shades of metallic like blues and purples making it one of the hardest wines to capture well. The Krosno "Turn" decanter is an important element in this painting because it reflects the blues and purples from the label onto the wine, and the wine glass carries elements of both.
