Majestic Australian Scribble bark, a native eucalyptus tree, using acrylic inks and fine line work to create a contrast between the dark and rough bark and the bright and dark leaves. A subtle colour palette of olives, blues and light yellows combined with fine line black ink to outline the prominence of trees and landscape.

Foundations series showcases my layering techniques using handmade papers and mixed media overlayed with vibrant colour. A series of layers construct the foundations in these artworks. Resting on a background of light violet, magenta, and yellow ochre with flecks of cobalt turquoise the paint flows across the canvas.
