Original Artwork's Description

Many years ago I planted a Salmon gum in the front yard of my old house. Being aware that these are natives of Western Australia, I was not sure if it would survive in southern part of Adelaide but it did. To me their unique and pinkish trunks are a stand out. So this painting is dedicated to all the beautiful salmon gums out there.

This artwork has a black timber frame fixed by a professional framer.

Each artwork is ready to hang and have a simple black frame fitted by a professional framer. This adds aesthetic value to the work and gives it a professional finish. Although able to paint portrait, figures and still life, I mainly paint trees and have been nicknamed "The Tree lady". I make art in my little home studio.Notes: Every piece of artwork is varnished, has a plain black timber frame and hanging wire, fastened by a professional framer.

I relocated to the Blue Mountains on January, 2022.

My work is mainly influenced by Paul Gauguin, Henry Matisse, Albert Namatjira, Hans Heysen and of course the Australian landscapes.
