This original watercolour painting is one of several works painted on a recent trip to Bali. I always take my watercolours with me on my travels, and use the plein air paintings and sketches to reconstruct works once I'm back in my Sydney studio. This one is super vibrant and captures the essence of the tropical poolside garden where I sat in the shade painting away and drinking Arak Pina Coladas for the afternoon!
