“How About We?” takes you back to my own early memories of Jindabyne, where I spent the first few years of my life. I wanted to capture the unique feeling of snow in Australia, where sunlight bathes the slopes, and familiar trees in shades of brownish-purple and orange line the landscape. In this piece, tiny figures glide down the slopes, embracing the simple pleasure of being out in nature. Through layering colors and textures, I sought to convey both the warmth of the sun and the brisk air—an invitation to pause and enjoy the world around us, just as I did back then.
