This series of collage works were created as a response to the 2023 international collage challenge - Februllage - hosted by the Edinburgh Collage Collective and the Scandinavian Collage Museum. Each day in February, collage artists were presented with a word prompt which is imbued in each of these individual collages. This word prompt was DINOSAUR. I often use the hot air balloon motif as it means peaceful, sustainable travel and adventure and the coming together of strange creatures who might very well become friends.

This work would pair nicely with my other collage, JOURNEY.
