Oil on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.
Signed on the front.
This beautiful textured oil painting has its origins in The Crowdy Head National Park of the NSW Mid North Coast. I am always attracted to the narrow gap through the headland as it naturally leads the viewer to want travel through it and explore the rocks and cliffs behind it...around the corner there is a tunnel going up and into the headland that surely belongs in a Tolkien novel......so you need to explore this part of the coast. I have painted this composition a number of times and its feeling can be both bright or brooding depending on the weather , tide and sky. It also has a fantastic beach and campground.
