For my first few pieces in the new studio, I wanted to capture the beauty of the area. This is the view near Point Perry in Coolum on my morning walks, looking down through the trees to the bays. The piece tries to reflect the rugged coastline and the clear blue waters that make this place so special.

Please note that I paint around the edges of the canvas, eliminating the need for a timber floating frame if you prefer to keep the cost down :)
