Merewether Baths pump house

This painting was inspired by a friends beautiful photo that I just had to paint. I don't normally do Land/sea/scapes but I have fallen in love with the colour and moods the ocean has been sending out. As an artist we sometimes see things quite different than others, I saw this photo/scene in sweeping melting strokes that make up the image. A new direction in my art, always good to step outside your comfort zone.
